We take great care in packaging our products, which are shipped via reliable LTL freight and parcel carriers. Typically, orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days, and our delivery service includes curbside drop-off with lift-gate assistance for LTL shipments.

When your order arrives, please inspect all items carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, we recommend refusing the delivery and marking "DAMAGED" on the receipt. It's essential to notify TTL of any issues within 24 hours of delivery, as failure to do so may limit our ability to assist you.

Once your order is on its way, we will provide you with the carrier's name and tracking details. Delivery times generally range from 2-12 days, depending on your location. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.
