RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Tawakkul the Label. We truly appreciate your business. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
- Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and have all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact our customer service at ttlhelp@tawakkulthelabel.com to obtain a return shipping label.
- Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided by our customer service.
Note: Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving your return and after inspecting the condition, we will initiate a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 45 days for your return to be processed. Note that refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, based on your card issuer's policies. We will inform you via email once your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened items.
- Used items.
- Items with factory defects not caused by Tawakkul the Label.
- Items affected by new regulations or laws.
- Items purchased by mistake.
- Items damaged due to user error.
- Items with defects not related to Tawakkul the Label's manufacturing process.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- All items on sale are considered FINAL and cannot be returned.
